The functionality PasswordBox has to offer revolves around passwords. You see, this is a password manager that has a lot to offer. You can use the application to securely store passwords and to generate secure passwords. You can use the application to open websites and automatically log into your account on those websites. You can even share passwords with friends, family members, or co-workers.

PasswordBox is available for multiple platforms: Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer add-on for a Windows-powered PC; Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer on a Mac OS X-powered computer; app for the iPhone and iPad; app for Android.

Say you have a Windows PC and your browser of choice is Google Chrome. You will have no problems getting the PasswordBox add-on up and running. When you run PasswordBox for the first time, you will be presented with a welcome wizard – it will invite you to create a PasswordBox account, it will invite you to add your first password, and it will showcase the one-click login functionality.

There are 6 buttons on PasswordBox’s interface:
Passwords – displays thumbnail previews for websites; the passwords for these websites are securely stored by PasswordBox. If you select a websites, your browser will access it and PasswordBox will automatically log you in.
Wallet – securely store personal info: address book, credit card, driver’s license, password, membership, social security number.
Safe Notes – securely store color coded notes.
Share – if you want to, you can share passwords with family, friends, co-workers, anyone you want.
Legacy Locker – invite other people to manage your accounts after you pass on. Passwords will be transferred after your death certificate is validated.
Generator – generate passwords; automatically generate passwords in forms; see a list of generated passwords.

Passwords are part of our lives. Don’t make your life unnecessarily difficult by managing passwords on your own. Let PasswordBox lend a helping hand. This is an immensely useful password manager that is offered for the great price of free.
